Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC with the role of Cards Marketing Research & Analytics Officer.

In this role, you will support the Credit Cards Business Analytics Head by developing data-driven insights, recommending strategic solutions, and generating performance reports that guide business decisions. You will help optimize portfolio profitability, evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, and support the overall growth of the credit cards business through analytics and research.

What the role will entail

  • Provide analytics-driven solutions and strategic recommendations to improve credit card business performance
  • Generate MIS reports that support business objectives and uncover opportunity areas
  • Prepare KPI dashboards and program monitoring reports to assess marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Handle sensitive bank data and produce actionable insights for performance tracking and decision-making
  • Conduct ad hoc surveys and studies to understand customer behavior, sentiment, and trends
  • Collaborate with Credit Policy to maintain a balanced risk-reward approach for sustainable profitability
  • Evaluate profitability across portfolios, products, and customer segments to optimize revenue
  • Analyze internal trends and market dynamics to anticipate performance shifts and guide strategy

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably from a reputable school
  • At least three (3) years of experience in marketing, strategy, or analytics in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and performance reporting
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and MS Office applications
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills
