Our Auto Loans Sales Team is looking for driven and customer-focused professionals to join us as Auto Loans Sales Officers in Metro Manila and Luzon.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving auto loan sales targets by building and managing strong relationships with auto financing partners and dealers. You will oversee the end-to-end loan process, from credit decision coordination to documentation and booking, while ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and service level agreements. As Auto Loans is a key revenue driver for the bank, this position carries significant financial, operational, reputational, and customer service impact.

What the role will entail

  • Drive auto loan sales by executing programs and leveraging relationships with dealers, brokers, and agents.

  • Coordinate and relay credit decisions, application status, and document requirements to ensure timely account booking.

  • Manage brokers and agents incentives while maintaining strong partnerships with auto financing stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with AML regulations, BSP circulars, and the Banks internal policies to mitigate financial, legal, reputational, and credit risks.

  • Support regulatory and internal examinations, resolve findings within agreed timelines, and uphold SLAs with internal and external partners.

  • Contribute to sales strategies, policy improvements, and process enhancements to strengthen business growth and customer satisfaction.


What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any four-year course from a recognized university/college

  • Advanced knowledge in Sales and Marketing and Business & Industry practices

  • Proficiency in Project/Program Management, Product Management, Business Development, and Cost-Benefit Analysis

  • Strong skills in Business Strategy Formulation and Budget Management

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving abilities
