Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Full Stack Analytics Engineer.
In this role you will design, build, and maintain the full stack of analytics delivery, from data transformation and modeling to dashboards and BI products that generate actionable insights across the enterprise. You will ensure seamless integration of pipelines, models, and visualizations, with responsibilities ranging from junior support in data preparation to executive-level leadership in solution architecture and best practices.

What the role will entail
- Build robust, reusable, and well-documented data models using dbt and SQL
- Develop, optimize, and monitor ETL/ELT workflows from source systems to semantic layers
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI to drive business insights and decision-making
- Collaborate with business units to translate analytic requirements into effective technical solutions
- Implement version control, testing, and documentation practices to ensure quality and consistency of analytics assets
- Integrate and optimize analytics platforms with Databricks and other cloud data solutions for scalability and performance
- Contribute to data governance, metadata enrichment, and enterprise-wide analytics initiatives as needed
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related technical disciplines
- dbt (data build tool) certification preferred; Power BI, Databricks, or Azure Data Engineering certifications are a strong advantage
- 5 to 7 years delivering end-to-end solutions
- Strong expertise in SQL, dbt, Power BI dashboard design, scalable data pipelines, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ELT frameworks, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as Databricks or Azure Synapse
- Demonstrated competencies in communication, collaboration, customer focus, critical thinking, responsibility, results orientation, and leadership skills including strategic thinking, problem solving, innovation, and team empowerment
