Our Consumer Lending team is looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join us in Ortigas as an Unsecured Collections Agency ManagerCoordinator.
In this role, you will manage external collections agencies (ECAs), ensure the effective execution of collection strategies, analyze performance reports, and support operational compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also drive strategy enhancements, monitor portfolio coverage, and foster a customer-centric culture within the collections environment.

What the role will entail
- Manage external collection agencies (ECAs) in executing collection strategies.
- Ensure strategies are implemented efficiently and in compliance with BSP and other regulatory bodies.
- Foster a customer first culture in all collection-related activities.
- Analyze flowrates, productivity, and performance reports to recommend strategy enhancements.
- Ensure daily portfolio coverage targets are consistently achieved.
- Review and validate financial and non-financial endorsements submitted by ECAs.
- Evaluate accounts and identify supplemental collection strategies (SMS, email, field, social media, etc.).
- Ensure ECAs have sufficient manpower and resources to support collection operations.
What we're looking for
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- At least three (3) years of experience in collections.
- Strong negotiation, probing, and analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of CCPL products and consumer lending systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with performance reports and data.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with external partners.
