Our firm is looking for individuals experienced in the preparation of Mortgage Loan Documents, including the Closing Disclosure. Fluent English-speaking skills are required. Candidates will be required to complete a Closing Disclosure as a test to prove expertise. Experienced candidates should reply to the posting with a current resume. Qualifications

· Expert knowledge of and experience with residential mortgage lending policies,
procedures and practices
· Advanced knowledge of lending systems, government lending programs,
guidelines, and other lending related laws, regulations and requirements
· Excellent analysis, decision making and problem resolution skills
· Proficiency in PC and MS Office skills
· Experienced and proficient using Calyx, Encompass and ALLREGS
· Experience with mortgage origination platforms
· Experience and knowledge of CFPB and regulatory mortgage origination
requirements
· Ability to handle heavy workload, deadlines and accomplish multiple tasks
while adhering to strict deadlines
· Must possess 3+ years’ experience in the mortgage industry and be a proven
Team Player, with a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction

Ongoing Training

Every QC Analyst will complete periodic regulatory training to stay current with
changes in Federal & State regulatory compliance requirements.
