Job Description
Position Summary
An operations supervisor is responsible for all administrative functions, including daily
operations, team management, and process improvement. Other important duties
include maintaining files, producing reports, documenting policies, supporting the
recruitment and onboarding process, developing and recommending procedures to be
used to manage and coordinate various activities for the team. This position reports
directly to the company's Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
● Conduct daily company administrative processes and procedures
● Provide assistance to the Operations Manager, Director of Development and other
executives within the company
● Maintain balanced bookkeeping, track and maintain budgets of operational costs,
develop and implement improved operational processes that reduce costs
● Review, gather information and assess current processes and policies in place to
determine ways to improve; Develop and establish action plans that would improve
efficiency, effectivity and morale of the team
● Communicate, train and supervise team in established company policies and procedures
to ensure compliance with best business practices throughout the company
● Draw up various operational reports in the company as required and submit them to top
management for review
● Source and coordinate contractors and suppliers for required products and services
● Coordinate recruitment with scheduling interviews and balancing calendars between
interviewers and candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and track candidates and
team referrals
● Develop and implement human resources practices, coordinate HR-related matters with
the local HR-partner to ensure that processes are aligned with local labor laws
● Provide advanced team support, find solutions for team members who feel like they have
no other options.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
● With 3+ years’ of administrative experience, supporting various team and
executives
● Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role required
● Previous experience as an HR Specialist or Generalist is preferred
● Fluent with G-Suite (gmail, calendar, forms, sheets, docs) and Microsoft Office
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, must be able to work proactively
and deliver within a limited time range or frame with minimal or no supervision
● A team player with high level of dedication
● Excellent team development and leadership skills
● Exhibits good organizational skills and high attention to detail
● Discretion to be displayed at all times and strict confidence to be maintained in all
sensitive matters
