SLA Reporting Analyst

About the role:

• Collect and submit monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports and artifacts
• Prepare and submit SLA report cards
• Document all information pertaining to audit results including findings, opportunities, and observations
• Review reporting methods and procedures to improve the content and completeness of the information
• Perform quality review of data reports and artifacts to ensure the accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data
• Document processes and procedures
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Identify opportunities for improvement

Position requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience in providing data/audit reporting
• Strong numeric and advanced analytics aptitude
• Must have an eye for detail and strong analytical ability; problem-solving abilities are a must
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and balance workload
• Effectively collaborate and coordinate with both onshore and offshore team members
• Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint
