Lead React JS Engineer

Are you a React pro with a passion for clean UI, modern frameworks, and Al-driven applications? We're on the lookout for a React.JS Team Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the frontend transformation of a cutting-edge Al/ML application.

What You'll Do:

Lead and deliver Ul improvements in collaboration with our backend and product teams.
Translate UX/UI designs into high-performing, scalable frontend code.
Manage and mentor a team of developers while handling multiple concurrent tasks.
Write unit and automated tests, debug and optimise performance.
Support deployment, documentation, and DevOps processes.
Collaborate effectively in cross-functional, virtual teams. 

What We're Looking For:

7-9 years of development experience, with 3-4 years in React.js
Hands-on experience with Hooks, Redux/MobX/Flux, Middleware (Thunk/Saga), and lifecycle methods.
Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
Bonus: Knowledge of Angular, Node.js, Webpack, Babel, Jest.
Strong communication and Agile experience.
A proactive mindset with a passion for innovative leadership.
