Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Inventory and Supply Chain Specialist with International to manage and optimise stock levels across multiple locations. This role requires strong analytical skills, inventory tracking expertise, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, preventing stock shortages or overstocking, and improving overall inventory efficiency. This role also involves coordinating international shipments, liaising with couriers, and maintaining accurate stock records using Veeqo.
The candidate must be comfortable working with inventory management software, logistics partners, and financial calculations related to stock and shipping costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track and optimise stock movements.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Veeqo) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills for liaising with couriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL) and suppliers.
  • Ability to arrange and coordinate international shipments (e.g., managing container shipments from China to UK, Australia, Ireland, and other destinations).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for stock tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inventory tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with shipping calculations, including using our container shipping calculator to estimate the cost of shipping per product.

Candidate's Roles Will Include:

  • Managing inventory/forecasting systems.
  • Structure of stores/locations.
  • Finalising all order details, packaging, blister, carton labels, lead time etc.
  • Verifying invoices.
  • China warehouse management and working alongside the China agent.
  • Arranging shipments by Air / Sea.
  • Arranging Containers / Clearing Customs.
  • Arranging Unload / Packing List / Updating Staffing.
  • Updating final landed COGS and inputting new stock.
  • Ensuring quality check.
  • Identifying new products/niches/trends.
  • Working with designers to ensure packaging, manuals are up to date.
  • Updating/communicating with the relevant team regarding sales data, advertising costs etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock & Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock levels across warehouses and fulfilment centres using Veeqo.
  • Update stock records manually in Veeqo to ensure accuracy across all locations.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
  • Track stock movement, including incoming shipments, stock transfers, and outgoing orders.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to verify and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Prevent stockouts and overstocking by analysing stock demand and adjusting orders accordingly.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Arrange container shipments from China to the UK, Australia, Ireland, and other global locations.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders and suppliers to manage shipping timelines and costs.
  • Use our container shipping calculator to determine per-product shipping costs (e.g., calculating toothbrush shipping cost from China to the UK).
  • Set up and manage Skype calls with UPS, FedEx, and other couriers to track incoming stock and resolve any shipping issues.
