Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
• At least 1-2 years of classroom teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual children's needs.
