Lead Teacher Degree

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the company's curriculum and educational standards

- Provide engaging and interactive instruction to students, catering to their individual learning needs

- Lead and mentor a team of teachers, providing guidance and support in their professional development

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing interventions when necessary

- Collaborate with other lead teachers and school administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and positive behavior

- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and techniques, incorporating them into lesson plans and teaching practices

- Attend professional development opportunities and trainings to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Associates degree in Education or higher in a related field

- Valid teaching certification

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead teacher in a similar setting

- Strong understanding of child development and different learning styles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of teachers

- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes

- Passion for education and dedication to student success
