Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
The Referral Program (the “Program”) is designed to encourage individuals to refer qualified candidates for open positions within EA Group of Companies. By participating in the Program, referrers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
• The Program is open to:
• Current employees of EA Group of Companies.
• External individuals who are not employees but are familiar with the company and its values.
• Referrals from recruitment agencies, third-party companies, or automated submissions are not eligible unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3. Referral Process
• Referrers must submit referrals via the designated referral form on the career page or by email to hr@eacom.com
• The submission must include:
• Full name, contact information, and resume/CV of the referred candidate.
• The specific job title or position for which the candidate is being referred.
• Referrals submitted without all required details may be disqualified.
4. Referral Bonus
• Eligibility for the Bonus:
• The referred candidate must successfully complete the hiring process and remain employed with EA Group for a minimum probationary period (typically 3 months, unless otherwise stated).
• Bonus Payment:
• The amount of the referral bonus will be communicated during the submission process or in the company’s referral policy.
• Bonuses will be paid to eligible referrers within 30 days of the referred candidate’s completion of the probationary period.
• Referrers who are employees will receive the bonus as part of their payroll, subject to applicable taxes.
• External referrers will receive payment via bank transfer, subject to withholding taxes where applicable.
5. Conditions for Valid Referrals
• The referred candidate must not:
• Be a current employee of EA Group of Companies.
• Have applied for the same position within the past 12 months.
• Have been previously referred by someone else. In case of duplicate referrals, the first submission will be considered.
• The referrer must not have a direct supervisory or managerial relationship with the referred candidate.
6. Confidentiality
• Referrers must maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the referred candidate and the recruitment process.
• Sharing confidential information without authorization will result in disqualification from the Program.
7. Disqualification and Fraud
• Any false or misleading information provided in a referral will result in disqualification of the referrer from the Program.
• Attempts to exploit or misuse the Program for personal or financial gain will be reported and may result in legal action.
8. Modifications and Termination
• EA HOLDING DOO reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Changes to the Program will be communicated via the company’s website or official communication channels.
9. Governing Law
This Program is governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Program shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Tetovo, North Macedonia.
