Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
$25.11 per hour

🩺 What You'll Do

Support patients through enrollment, intake, counseling, and care coordination for MAT/SUD programs

Lead individual and group counseling sessions using approaches such as Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and 12-Step support

Provide education on Suboxone, naloxone, and recovery strategies

Assist clients in building life skills, resilience, and long-term recovery pathways

Facilitate referrals, outreach, and transitions of care to other treatment facilities when needed

Collaborate closely with primary care, behavioral health, and outreach teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients

Maintain accurate documentation, participate in team huddles, and contribute to continuous quality improvement
What Were Looking For
-
Current CAC certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

At least 2 years of experience as a CAC (outpatient and drug & alcohol program experience preferred)

Bachelors degree preferred

Completion of an 8-hour Buprenorphine training program (can be completed post-hire)

Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

Compassionate, trauma-informed approach with sensitivity to cultural and social dynamics

Ability to build trust, foster safety, and support individuals on their path to recovery
