Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
Salary: $50,000 annually + $9,000 Quarterly & Annual Bonus Potential
Schedule: Tues & Thurs 9:30am6:30pm | Wed & Fri 11:30am8:30pm | Sat 8:00am5:30pm (1 hour lunch daily)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of management experience
- Must have aquatic experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with customer resolution and team leadership
- A friendly, warm, and solutions-focused mindset
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and manage a team of 15+ employees
- Foster a fun, motivated, and performance-driven culture
- Hire, train, and develop staff for future leadership roles
- Oversee employee scheduling and shift planning
- Conduct regular performance reviews and aquatic assessments
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Teach 12 swim shifts/week & supervise deck operations 2+ shifts/week
- Attend weekly leadership meetings
- Facilitate quarterly in-service training
- Oversee pool maintenance and ensure chemical safety compliance
