Terms & Conditions (Between Employment agency and Job-seeker)
This Agreement is made between e-Job Agency Limited and Job-seeker.

The information in these Terms and Conditions is legally valid between e-Job Agency Limited (“e-Job”) and Job seeker. “Clients” refers to any employers introduced by e-Job.

Commission Fee
e-Job will not charge any fees from Job-seeker.

Disclosing Personal Profile to Clients
Job seeker agree that e-Job Agency Limited may disclose the Job seeker’s profile to potential Clients for the purpose of seeking employment.

Liability
e-Job does not accept liability for any claims by the Clients arising out of or related to the provision of introducing services by Job-seeker.

Disclaimer
e-Job will not be held liable or responsible for civil proceedings and/or criminal prosecution on any acts of dishonesty, misconduct, and/or misdeeds on part of Job-seeker that may cause any inconveniences, disturbances or offenses. e-Job reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Governing Law
This terms & Conditions will be construed and enforced in accordance with the law of Hong Kong SAR.
