1. Operation Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring cargo imported and exported to Hong Kong and mainland China (including arranging transport ships and trucks) and coordinating with clients
- Calculating transportation costs using logistics software (Cargowise) and issuing quotes and invoices
- Researching transportation regulations in various countries (including inquiries to government agencies in each country)
- Preparing performance reports and other reports, participating in and compiling minutes of internal and external meetings
- Overseas business trips
- Attend exhibitions and events
2. Sales & Solutions Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers
- Maintain relationships with existing customers while providing new logistics solutions to increase sales
- Collaborate with overseas subsidiaries to acquire and support business utilizing the entire Jupiter Group network
- Prepare performance reports and other reports, and participate in and prepare minutes of internal and external meetings
- Travel overseas (several times a year, mainly to China)
- Attend exhibitions and events as a booth staff (several times a year)
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Logistics industry experience: 2 years or above of experience in the Cargo Department of a Forwarder or Airline
- Native Cantonese with high proficiency in English and Putonghua
- Proficiency in Chinese typing
- Responsible and team-oriented, Proactive and self-driven
- Efficient time and task management
Benefits:
- 5 days' week (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
