Our client is a travel related company promoting inbound tourism to Japan.They serve as the central hub for tourism development, connecting international markets with Japan's rich cultural heritage. You will play a key role in managing relationships with travel agencies and media to drive tourism growth from the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong professional networks with travel agencies, airlines, and media outlets.
  • Coordinate appointments, conduct interviews, and gather market insights from key stakeholders.
  • Act as a representative at seminars and trade fairs, including MC duties and professional presentations.
  • Plan and execute promotion projects, including the management and coordination of external vendors.
  • Assist in SNS management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and the distribution of news releases.
  • Prepare internal reports and official documentation in Japanese.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and provide operational support to the Executive Director and Deputy Director.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and English; Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent, including reading/writing).
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience (experience in travel, media, or related sectors is highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for business reporting and presentations.
  • Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to handle liaison work and internal administration.
  • Willingness to work full-time, including occasional overtime, weekend events, and domestic/overseas business trips (primarily Japan and Macau).
  • Must possess a valid Hong Kong work visa or permanent residency.
