Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with major retailers, department stores, and supermarkets.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives.
  • Negotiate product listings, joint promotions, and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Manage daily operations of the company's online shop and external e-commerce channels.
  • Oversee product merchandising, pricing, returns, and sales performance.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and CRM activities.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead and support the Sales & Marketing team to achieve operational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage in-store promoters to ensure excellent customer engagement and sales results.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven background in account management and sales execution.
  • Solid experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong's retail landscape and promoter management.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a Japanese corporate culture.

Benefits

  • Monthly salary: Up to HKD 30,000 (depending on experience).
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
