What You'll Champion:
- Elevate The Home Collection Service: From the first click to the final valuation, you'll refine every step of the process to attract and delight more customers.
- Drive E-commerce Success: You'll manage the online store, from eye-catching product listings to exciting promotional campaigns, all aimed at maximizing sales.
- Be The Digital Voice: Through the website, social media, and blogs, you'll craft compelling content that captures the essence of the brand.
- Turn Data into Action: You'll dive into analytics to understand customers better and continuously find ways to improve their experience and the business.
A Glimpse of Your Day-to-Day:
- Innovating the home collection service for a smoother customer experience.
- Launching creative sales campaigns on the e-commerce platform.
- Optimizing the website for better visibility and user engagement (SEO).
- Collaborating with store, product, and logistics teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Managing projects with external partners to bring new ideas to life.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- A background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- A foundational understanding of HTML/CSS and experience with Google Analytics.
- A knack for analyzing data and managing projects.
- Most importantly, a strong willingness to learn and a proactive mindset. The client values potential as much as experience!

- Work Schedule: A stable Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM work week.
- Location: Initial onboarding at the Mong Kok office, with the role permanently based at the new Lai Chi Kok Acquisition Centre.
