Company: Our client is a general trading company, primarily focused on beverage products

Location: Quarry Bay

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (5-days week)

Salary: negotiable

Responsibilities

  • Execute finance and procurement activities of the company
  • Monitor and train accounting subordinates; report to management
  • Complete financial reports for Japan headquarters
  • Handle external/internal audit, tax matters, and corporate governance administration
  • Coordinate purchasing and development activities; arrange shipments; collect market information
  • Provide general office administration support

Requirements

  • Degree holder (any major) with around 5 years of solid accounting relevant experience
  • Solid accounting background: 5+ years full set bookkeeping, 3+ years audit and tax handling; trading company experience preferred
  • LCCI Higher qualification an advantage
  • Strong logical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Native Cantonese speaker; with high Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level, fluent in English and Mandarin
