About the job Assistant Manager
Company: Our client is a general trading company, primarily focused on beverage products
Location: Quarry Bay
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (5-days week)
Salary: negotiable
Responsibilities
- Execute finance and procurement activities of the company
- Monitor and train accounting subordinates; report to management
- Complete financial reports for Japan headquarters
- Handle external/internal audit, tax matters, and corporate governance administration
- Coordinate purchasing and development activities; arrange shipments; collect market information
- Provide general office administration support
Requirements
- Degree holder (any major) with around 5 years of solid accounting relevant experience
- Solid accounting background: 5+ years full set bookkeeping, 3+ years audit and tax handling; trading company experience preferred
- LCCI Higher qualification an advantage
- Strong logical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Native Cantonese speaker; with high Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level, fluent in English and Mandarin
