About the job Sales Manager
Our client, a leading licensing agency, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Licensing Sales Executive / Manager to drive business growth and manage key relationships across Asia.
Location: HK Island
Working time: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM / or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: HKD 20 - 35K
Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement commercial strategies for brand partnerships and content licensing
- Liaise with intellectual property (IP) owners to explore new collaboration opportunities
- Manage contract lifecycle from proposal to execution
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to internal capability building
- Facilitate communication and alignment between brand owners and external partners
- Represent the business in cross-border engagements and industry events
- Prepare sales reports and assist in training
Requirements:
- B2B Sales experience in any industry
- Experience in licensing (e.g. toy/game marketing, IP collaborations) is a big advantage
- Strong sales performance and strategic mindset
- Native Cantonese speaker with high proficiency in Japanese, English, and Mandarin
- Team-oriented, cheerful communicator with a collaborative approach
- Immediate availability with a passion for business development is highly preferred
