About company: Our client specializes in health care services, particularly health check-ups and diagnostic screenings

Location: Causeway Bay

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: HKD 18 - 20K

Responsibilities

  • Sales / Customer Relations: Care for existing clients and develop new ones (Japanese and local companies)
  • General Admin: Data entry, document organization, expense processing
  • Reception: Handling calls, emails, and visitors
  • Coordination: Internal and external communication
  • Other: Tasks assigned by supervisors Expected to handle a wide range of internal duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor' s Degree or above
  • Native Cantonese with proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), and English
  • Experience dealing with Japanese clients is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excels in teamwork with clear, effective interpersonal communication
  • Takes initiative responsibly, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Open to IT adoption, AI integration, and process improvements while handling information efficiently
