Our client is a global logistics service provider with over 60 years of experience in the logistics industry. Through the cooperation of professional teams, they continue to create new value in the field of global logistics and connect with all parts of the world. They are now hiring a CS manager, who have management experience and handle 7-8 CS staffs.
Location: To Kwa Wan
Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon Sat , 09:00-18:00, on duty on Saturday once a month, change roster every month)
Holiday: Sun and Public Holiday

1. Responsible for all of our customers satisfaction in Hong Kong
2. Monitor operations of division run smoothly and efficiently
3. Monitor companys customer services activities and ensure that it is in line with company objectives and statutory requirements
Job descriptions:
- Formulate customer relationship strategy
- Implement customer service management
- Monitor service quality and the performance of customer service staff, and the Attendance / Roster Management
- Support sales and marketing promotion activities
- Establish relationships with current and future customer
- Maintain customer relationship and handle complaints, enquiries and solve their problems
- Maintain, process and use customer information, and update customer information regularly
- Strengthen cooperation with overseas department
- Supervise and enhance subordinates customer service knowledge
Requirements:
- At least 5 years Working experience in CS, having logistics background would be advantage but not a must
- At least 1 year working experience in Management
- Business level of English , Mandarin , Cantonese .
- Candidate who could speak Japanese will be an advantage
