Position: HR Manager/ Assistant Manager

Location: Lai Chi Kok

Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 0900-1800

Salary: 28K-35K

Job description:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and career development.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies as needed.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.
  • HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and support decision-making.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office word, PowerPoint, excel etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
