About the company: Our client, a F&B Wholesalers company is seeking a HR & Administration Manager.
Position: HR & Administration Manager
Location: Chai Wan
Working Hour: Mon- Fri 9:00-18:00
Salary: 30K-40K/M
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and our Vision, Mission and Core Values.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and retention programs.
- Managing the talent acquisition process, from job advertising to employment contract preparation, ensuring effective recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administering monthly payrolls, overseeing MPF contributions, and managing benefits-related tasks.
Office Administration
- Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
- Implement and improve administrative processes for efficiency.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Organising and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Addressing employee queries and resolving administrative issues promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related, with minimum 5 years proven HR experience, preferably experience gained from F&B, catering or retail industry
- Mature, Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently;
- Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must Interested parties.
