About the company: Our client, a F&B Wholesalers company is seeking a HR & Administration Manager.

Position:  HR & Administration Manager

Location: Chai Wan

Working Hour: Mon- Fri 9:00-18:00

Salary: 30K-40K/M

Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and our Vision, Mission and Core Values.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and retention programs.
  • Managing the talent acquisition process, from job advertising to employment contract preparation, ensuring effective recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administering monthly payrolls, overseeing MPF contributions, and managing benefits-related tasks.

Office Administration

  • Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes for efficiency.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
  • Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Addressing employee queries and resolving administrative issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related, with minimum 5 years proven HR experience, preferably experience gained from F&B, catering or retail industry
  • Mature, Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must Interested parties.
