Position: Logistic Supervisor

Company Overview: Our client is a manufacturer specializing in industrial machinery, marine devices, medical systems, aircraft equipment, and optical devices

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Salary: 20K to 25K

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with offices in Japan and China to arrange shipments and prepare shipping documents, including Letters of Credit, to meet customer requirements
• Handle import and export shipments
• Provide general support for purchasing and supply chain activities
• Liaise with forwarders and vendors for price negotiations, terms, and delivery arrangements
• Ensure proper coordination between vendors, forwarding companies, and local warehouses
• Conduct physical inventory counts every six months in the logistics warehouse

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Purchasing, IT, or Logistics
• At least 4 years of experience in logistics, with preference for candidates with customer service exposure
• Experience in handling shipping documents in Mainland China and Macau is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table, V-lookup) and PowerPoint
• Native Cantonese with Intermediate English and advanced Mandarin communication skills

• Detail-oriented, hardworking, independent, and self-motivated
