About the job Assistant Admin and HR officer
Position: Assistant Admin and HR officer
Location: Kwai Chung
Working hours: Monday to Friday:9:00〜17:30
Salary range: HKD16K〜20K/M (Negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Assist in general Administrative and HR duties
- Attendance and payroll management (office staff and store sales staff)
- General Affairs
- Management of fixed assets (mainly IT equipment)
- Telephone / E-mail correspondence
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements
- At least 1 years experience
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
- Proactive, diligent, analytical, resourceful with a strong sense of responsibility
- Team building skills to drive business performance
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
