Position: Assistant Admin and HR officer

Location: Kwai Chung

Working hours: Monday to Friday:9:00〜17:30

Salary range: HKD16K〜20K/M (Negotiable)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in general Administrative and HR duties
  • Attendance and payroll management (office staff and store sales staff)
  • General Affairs
  • Management of fixed assets (mainly IT equipment)
  • Telephone / E-mail correspondence
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

  • At least 1 years experience
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
  • Proactive, diligent, analytical, resourceful with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Team building skills to drive business performance
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
