Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our engineering team in Japan to develop and enhance financial systems, including FX and virtual currency exchanges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading key projects, such as exchange system development, website enhancements, and customer management (KYC, anti-money laundering, etc.).
• Monitoring project progress to ensure technical requirements and schedules are met.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to gather feedback and understand platform needs.
• Setting clear project goals and ensuring their successful execution.
• Addressing potential challenges related to constraints, risks, time, resources, and scope.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1), with native Japanese speakers highly welcome.
• Interest in the FinTech industry.
• Experience in the banking/finance sector is an advantage. Also, welcome non-finance related experience candidates with more than 5 years as Project Manager 
• Knowledge of or experience with PHP, Laravel, and AWS.

• プロジェクトの進捗を監視し、技術要件とスケジュールを満たすようにします。
• 内部ステークホルダーやベンダーと連携してフィードバックを収集し、プラットフォームのニーズを理解します。
• 明確なプロジェクト目標を設定し、成功裏に達成します。
• 制約、リスク、時間、リソース、スコープに関連する潜在的な課題に対処します。

応募要件:

• 少なくとも5年のプロジェクトマネージメント経験。
• 日本語に堪能（JLPT N1）、ネイティブスピーカー歓迎。
• FinTech業界に興味を持っている方。
• 銀行/金融業界での経験があれば尚可。違う業界でも検討可能が、必ず5年以上のPM経験ある。
• PHP、Laravel、AWSの知識または経験があれば尚可。
