Construction Site Project Manager

Position: Construction Site Project Manager 

Responsibilities

• Support daily project operations including but not limited to quotation and cost control
• Assist in site supervision, project management and monitoring of site activities.
• Perform quantity surveying works for senior management
• Check drawings and the installation drawings
• Coordination with the client, consultant, public utility and Sub-contractor for the site work.
• Coordinate with various designated contractors (DC) on building projects;
• Assist in design co-ordination with clients and design submission to the public utility.
• Liaise with Government Departments where necessary
• Knowledge of Alteration & Addition Works and Demolition Works for BD approved retail and commercial projects, and the interior fit-out works
• Logistics of material handling, negotiate with subcontractors and supervision of technical staff on building services utilities, inspection of works;
• Supervise the subcontractors to carry out the installation

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Project Management or Building or Equivalent
• Min. 10 years in high-end fit-out project management/ E&M 
• Experiences in Office and Retail Fit-Out will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, Acrobat
• Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is required.
