We helps to "find the best matching of people to people" Other than full time and part-time job introduction, e-Job introduces work to persons who want to work as interpreters, on internships, on working holiday, as tutor and as domestic helper.
And we are now looking for a full-time Consultant who could speak fluent Japanese for our domestic and recruitment service!
[Introduction]
E-job agency provides a service that finds Filipino people in Hong Kong or in the Philippines and introduces them to Hong Kong or Japanese families.
We are looking for someone who fits the E-job style. Our culture is warm, open-discussion, flexible. Our founder is Japanese but we are not working as Traditional Japanese company. We are working as a team and a multitasker. We always welcome staffs could share their new ideas or suggestions to improve the business.

Consultant (Japanese speaking)
[Job description]
Recruitment (80%):
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates using different social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews and skills assessments with candidates to determine suitability.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and employers.
- Engage in other activities which could increase the sales amount.
Maid Agency (20%):
- Find, introduce, and manage contract procedures for Filipino people.
- Assist in Helper VISA support and application issue with HK Government and Philippine embassy.
- Handle domestic helper arrangements (Secondment), schedule adjustments, etc.
- Communicate via email, Whatsapp for schedule arrangement in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese.
- Issue invoices, settle payments, receipts, etc.
[Requirements]
- JLPT N2 or above
- Good command in English , Mandarin and Native Cantonese
- Candidate who could accept work on Saturday / Sunday 2-3 times half-day per month (Have compensation leave in weekday)

【工作描述】
- 尋找,介紹和管理菲律賓人的合同程序
- 協助處理家庭幫手簽證支持和與香港政府和菲律賓大使館的申請問題
- 家庭幫手安排(借調),時間表調整等
- 通過電子郵件,Whatsapp用日語,英語,繁體中文進行時間表安排。
- 發票,結算付款,收據等
- 數字營銷(最好)
- 計劃和組織活動,研討會(最好)
【申請要求】
- 與菲律賓人業務有3年以上的經驗
- JLPT N2或以上(不需要使用敬語,基本上只用於SMS,Whatsapp)
- 流利的英語,基本的普通話和母語廣東話
- 可以在週六,週日工作的候選人
【福利】
- 由於女傭通常在週六,週日工作,所以我們提供5天工作週(靈活的工作日,基本上應該在週六,週日工作)
