Job Responsibilities:
- Team support (document preparation, arrange delivery, handle telephone and email enquiry)
- Bank data preparation (create transaction data, transaction approval)
- Document translation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
- At least 1 years or experience (in any industry)
- Experience in working in a Japanese company is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent in Japanese (N1), Native speaker welcome
- Strong communication skill, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Outgoing, mature, high responsible and a good team player
