Job Responsibilities:

  • Team support (document preparation, arrange delivery, handle telephone and email enquiry)
  • Bank data preparation (create transaction data, transaction approval) 
  • Document translation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 1 years or experience (in any industry)
  • Experience in working in a Japanese company is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent in Japanese (N1), Native speaker welcome
  • Strong communication skill, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Outgoing, mature, high responsible and a good team player
