Sales Coordinator

Job Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on sales orders and shipping documents
• Arrange and manage delivery schedules with clients, factories, and Japanese counterparts
• Input data into the system and maintain price changes every three months
• Coordinate with customers and respond to their enquiries
• Manage sales team schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested

Requirements:

• 1 year or above related experience in manufacturing/trading company
• Good command of English and Mandarin, Japanese
• Bright and cheerful personality, good communicate and team sprite.

Working days: 5 days work ( Mon - Fri , 0900 - 1730 )

Salary: HKD 20-22K/M
