Position: Customer support

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitoring of cargo imported / exported from Japan to China and Hong Kong (including arrangements for transport vessels and trucks) and reporting to customers.
  • Calculation of transportation costs, issuance of invoices
  • Preparation quotations
  • Inventory management for Food Products
  • Food regulation research (contact the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department or Customs)
  • Booth staff at exhibitions and events (several times a year)
  • Communicate with customers in mainland China in Chinese 

Requirement

  • English (business level), Chinese (daily conversation lever, typing skill required)
  • EXCEL / WORD
  • 2 years or above experience in export/import operation experience
  • Welcome to those who are interested in Japanese

Working days: Mon-Fri 0900-1800 (If Sat / Sun/ holiday request to work due to event, will have substitute holiday)

*Shift 1-2 times per month to work on Sat / Sun/holiday to check email. Will have compensation leave on weekday.


Basic salary: up to 22,000 HKD(Depending on experience)
