Senior Partner

Company: Our client is a financial services company serving high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) across Asia. They offer bespoke investment strategies and solutions, leveraging their extensive experience in advising clients on various financial matters to help them achieve their financial goals. The company holds Type 1, 4, 9 Licenses from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:45am - 5:45pm

Monthly Salary: HKD$50,000～$70,000

Responsibilities:

1. General Asset Management Operations

• Manage general External Asset Manager (EAM) and Asset Management (AM) operations
• Execute overall fund management operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies
• Conduct due diligence and ongoing management of external entities
• Prepare and distribute client reports
• Collaborate with external vendors

2. Compliance Operations

• Handle SFC correspondence and procedures
• Coordinate with external advisors
• Managing and executing compliance operations in accordance with internal policies
• Oversee risk management and internal compliance training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Supervisory or management experience in a middle-back role within a financial institution
• Knowledge of SFC regulations
• Native Cantonese with Business-level English proficiency
• Ability to manage diverse tasks
