Your Role

As the Finance & Accounting Manager, you will:

Lead financial reporting processes for both local Management and HQ

Oversee accounting functions, including AR, AP, cash flow, and general ledger

Drive the audit process, investigate findings, and implement strategic recommendations

Supervise and guide the accounting team, fostering growth and efficiency

Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and tax regulations

Develop and enforce internal control procedures to maintain financial integrity

Handle ad-hoc financial duties as required by Management

What Were Looking For

Degree holder in Accountancy or Finance

10+ years of experience in managerial finance/accounting roles

Proficiency in MS Office & SAP (mandatory)

Excellent communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese (N2 or above)
