About company:
Our client is an MNC leading international telecommunications company.
They are now seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join their team in Quarry bay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assist some procurement duties to the company.
Job Title: Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- 60% Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents etc
- 40% Assistant in the procurement process, including communicate and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
Qualifications:
- Higher diploma or above in any subject.
- 2-3 years of related admin experience is an advantage. (Fresh graduate or unrelated working experience but willing to learn and have a stable working history is also acceptable.)
- Good organization and time-management, problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English and Native Cantonese is required.
