Assistant for Electronic Parts Trading Company

Our client is a well-established company that has been operating for over 20 years, providing high-quality electronic parts to various industries and customers. They are looking for an assistant who can handle the following tasks:
Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Kowloon Bay
Responsibilities:
- Order processing: Receive and process orders from customers and suppliers, confirm prices, quantities, and specifications
- Document preparation: Create and issue invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, and other documents related to the shipment of goods
- Delivery management: Coordinate with suppliers and customers on delivery schedules, track the status of shipments, and handle any issues or delays
- Import declaration: Submit the necessary documents and information to the Hong Kong government for the import of electronic parts
- Communication: Communicate with the head office in Japan and customers in China and other countries using Japanese, Chinese, and English languages
Requirements:
- Responsible and diligent: Able to work independently and efficiently, follow instructions and procedures, and meet deadlines
- Language proficiency: Able to speak, read, and write Japanese at JLPT N2 level or equivalent, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) at native or near-native level, and English in communication level.
- Industry experience: At least 1 year of experience working in an electronic parts trading company or a related field
