The role primarily involves managing and coordinating the sales team, fostering a spirit of teamwork. Position: Japanese speaking Assistant Manager / Supervisor

Location: Cheung Sha Wan

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide guidance and solutions when sales members encounter complaints or urgent matters that need to be handled.
  • Foster an environment where staff feel comfortable sharing their opinions and feedback. Be open to hearing and considering the opinions of other staff members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Create sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and fashion accessories.
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the sales budget.
  • Able to have Business trip to PRC for visit factory / client 2-3 times per month.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to Learn: Always open to acquiring new skills and knowledge. (Provide product training)
  • Optimistic Attitude: Maintain a positive outlook even in challenging situations.
  • Positive Thinking: Ability to approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience: 10 years or above working experience is preferred. At least 3 years of management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing or trading is preferred. Related product experience is an advantage
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English , Mandarin with Native Cantonese
