Air Freight Operation Asst. Supervisor

Company: Our client is a Japanese logistics company that provides domestic and international removal services

Location: Kwai Chung Container Terminal

Working hours:

• 6 Days Off per month (every Sunday & PH plus 2 Saturday off)
• Working Time: 14:00 to 23:30

Monthly Salary: HKD 22,000 to 28,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete set of air import/export operation documents and enter data into the system.
• Provide on-site support for courier cargo processing.
• Monitor and follow up on export ULD build-up and delivery to the airport.
• Address daily operation-related inquiries and correspondence.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and the customer service team to ensure shipment requirements are met.

Requirements:

• DSE or higher qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in FULL air export operations.
• Capability to manage sub-contractors.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Responsible, independent, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work overtime and handle pressure.
• Valid certificates for Dangerous Goods and RAT.
• Native Cantonese with proficiency in written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
