Project Engineer (One-year contract based)

Location: Admiralty

Working hours: 5 days week (Mon to Fri)

Monthly Salary: HK$ 26,000 30,000

Responsibilities:

As the main contractor for an existing MTR project in Hong Kong, our client's company is responsible for managing and monitoring the project. Your role will involve the following tasks:

I) Communication and Coordination:

• Liaise with end customers and subcontractors on technical matters
• Assist the Project Manager (PM) in coordinating subcontractors on-site activities on a daily basis
• Provide regular reports to the PM and end customer regarding on-site activities

II) On-Site Supervision:

• 1 day night site work per week in average at existing MTR stations
• Supervise and verify subcontractors on-site activities
• Promptly address any issues that arise during site work

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in an Engineering-related field (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years of experience in project-based business or a similar role
• Experience in railway-related projects is a big advantage
• Candidates who have experience in LED display walls / MTR projects are highly preferred
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently without close supervision
• Native Cantonese with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Site working experience is preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Possession of a driving license is preferred
• This term contract may be subject to review or renewal based on the actual project situation.
