大型上場企業が現在、ゼネラルマネージャー（GM）のアシスタント（GMアシスタント）を募集しています。現在のアシスタントは、家庭の事情で11月末に退職する予定で、GMのもとで10年以上働いているのだ、すごく安定な仕事です！

業務内容:

- GMの秘書としてサポートする。（スケジュールアレンジメントなど）

- GMの業務をサポートする。

- 本社と中国支社との連絡役として活動する。

- レポート（PPT）の作成を補助する。

応募条件:

- 日本人・日本語が堪能であることが必須。

- 中国語が話せると大きなアドバンテージ。または英語が会話程度話せる方。

- 中国や日本への出張に対応できること（GMと一緒に20～30%出張する）。

- ワインを少し飲めること（重要な人物との接待や会議がある場合がある）。

- 日本語が母国語の方、または日本で勉強や仕事をしたことがある中国人・香港人で、中国で働く意思のある方。

- 落ち着いた性格、 細かいことに気を配り、礼儀正しい方。

‐秘書・アシスタントとしての仕事経験がある方

待遇:

- ボーナス（ギャランティーできないけど、ほぼ2～3ヶ月分）。

- ビザサポート。

試用期間: 6ヶ月

Position: GM Assistant (Visa support available, negotiable up to HKD 30K)

A large listed company is currently looking for an assistant to the general manager (GM Assistant). The current assistant is planning to resign at the end of November due to family reasons, and has been working under the GM for over 10 years. It's a very stable job!

Job description:

- Support the GM as a secretary.

-  Support the GM, handle the schedule arrangement of GM.

- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the China branch.

- Assist in creating reports (PPT).

- Follow other instructions from the GM.

Qualifications:

- Native Japanese /  Proficiency in Japanese is essential.

- Speaking Chinese is a big advantage. Or being able to speak English at a conversational level.

- Able to travel to China and Japan (travel with the GM for 20-30%).

- Able to drink a little wine (there may be occasions to entertain or meet with important people).

- Native Japanese speakers, or Chinese/Hong Kong people who have studied or worked in Japan and are willing to work in China.

- Calm personality, attentive to details, and polite.

- Have work experience as a secretary or assistant.

Probation period: 6 months
