Store Manager (restaurant)

Position: Store Manager  (1 day off per week)

Location: Causeway bay

Salary: up to 23K

Job Description:

Our client is a millie presse related restaurant.They are now hiring a store manager to in-change this restaurant!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the restaurant provides excellent customer service and meets all health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor sales and profitability of the restaurant to ensure targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency.
• Ensure that all staff are properly trained and have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
• Manage the inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the restaurant.
• Responsible in prepare food when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 3 years or above relevant working experience.
• Outgoing, cheerful, self-motivatied, team work
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
