Job Position: Purchasing Officer (Engine Parts )

Location: Kwun Tong

Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, arrange spare parts, and follow up on orders
• Monitor inventory and process purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance.
• Function as a checker for ordered parts for each staff member
  Rarely need to work on-site and on-board job might occasionally occur with Japanese engineers

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Responsible, with a strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, able to work long-term and stable
- Good command in English related to Marine or Mechanical Engineering
- Studied in the field of Marine or Mechanical Engineering will be a big advantage
- Japanese speaking is an advantage but is not must
