About the job Admin staff (Contract)

Job Duties / Responsibilities 

Receptionist: including open door, handle visitor, serve tea, phone call.

Handle general office supplies (distilled water, stationery, telecommunication, printer, furniture)

Support receptionist

Handle hotel reservation and air ticket

Ensure good standards of office environment including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.

Holiday Work may require.

Other ad-hoc project assigned by Assistant Manager or above

Qualification / Requirement 

Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines

1-2 year(s) solid experience in Administration field is an advantage

Work experience in Japanese Company is an advantage

Good command of written and spoken in English

Good time management, able to work under pressure and work independent

Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit

Willing to work over-time / during holiday if required.

Benefit 

5-day work (MON FRI: 08:30 17:30)

*No salary will be counted during lunch break

- Deputy General Manager (Japanese, manage whole team) 1名,

IT parts: Supervisor (1名), Senior (1名)

Manager (Account, Admin, HR) 1名

Assistant Manager (Account, Admin) 1名, Supervisor (Account) 1名,

Senior (Admin) 1名

Senior (HR) 1名
