Position: Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer

Monthly Salary: up to HKD 25K/M

Job description:

* To provide customer services at the front desk

* Inbound tourism support (including but not limited to hotel, restaurant, operational tour, massage booking)

* Support marketing research /promotion strategy

* Handle incoming calls and enquiry from customer

* Communication with Japan HQ

Requirements:

* University graduate or equivalent

* Min. 2 years relevant customer service & marketing experience

* Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N1)

* With stable working history, willing to stay with the company for a long term

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
