Accounting Supervisor

Company: Our client offers high-quality logistics services including Ocean & Air Freight (Import / Export), Warehouse storage, and local & overseas household moving service

Office location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, (09:00-17:30)

Monthly Salary: HKD $30,000 to $35,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), perform statement reconciliation, prepare checks, check deposits, and handle petty cash
• Assist with month-end and year-end account closures and reporting
• Prepare for year-end closing and audit, and liaise with auditors regarding audit issues
• Execute ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma or University graduate in Accounting
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Proven experience in managing a small accounting team
• Proficiency in all-rounded accounting duties
