Position: Customer Service Assistant Manager / Manager

Company: Our client is a Japanese logistics company that provides domestic and international removal services

# HKPR (Native HongKonger) ONLY

Mon to Fri (One or Two Saturday on duty is required)

Location : Cheung Sha Wan

Working Hours : 08:30 - 18:00

Responsibilities:

  • To mainly handle e-commerce shipments, receive orders and handle general
  • inquiry from customers by phone & email
  • To coordinate and support air export / import operation, sales section as per
  • standard operation procedure
  • To maintain effective communication with customer and overseas agent (mainly
  • group branch in Japan)
  • To enter data & prepare documentation for courier, air export / import shipment

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in air freight forwarding & express
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Microsoft excel and words processing, accurate typing skill
  • Native Cantonese with proficiency in written and verbal in English and Mandarin
