Application Engineer / Senior Application Engineer

Our client is a leading Trading and manufacturing company for electronic products. They are now planning to change the system and looking for 2 years contract application engineer for this program. This position is in the President's office of IT department and work with 2 teammates. 

Position:  Application Engineer / Senior Application  Engineer  (2 years contrac)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the ERP & workflow system
• Develop ERP system related tools and reports
• Implement and maintain internal workflows with the workflow system for the company
• Lead an ERP re-implementation project for the full project cycle
• Liaise with solution vendor for ongoing application support and enhancement study
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in system development
• At least 3 years in ERP system trading and distribution module support experience & ERP implementation project experience is preferable
• VBA programming & SQL query skill is a MUST
• Skill in Vendor Management & Project Management is required
• Knowledge in Crystal Reports & Microsoft PowerPivot Add-in is an advantage
• Database management knowledge in Oracle, MYSQL and MSSQL is preferable
• Knowledge in trading & logistics practice, basic accounting concept is preferable
• Knowledge in Linux system administration is an advantage
• Good organization, communication and problem-solving skill
• Be driven, proactive ad work independent
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Immediate available is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience shall be considered for Senior Application Engineer

Working Hours

Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 17:30 (After probation and get an approval, can change shift 07:30-16:30 / 09:30-18:30)


Monthly Salary

up to HKD 38,000  (Depends on experience)
