About the role: Our client is specializes in business travel, specifically corporate airline tickets, and serves corporate clients and travel agencies within Hong Kong. They are now looking for a sales executive who is familiar with business travel and aggressive in sales activities.

Job Position: Route Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure satisfaction , address any issues and pursue new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients with information on travel products, services, and promotions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage actively with clients.
  • Bright and positive mindset.
  • Native (mother tongue) in English ; Intermediate Cantonese, Conversation level in Japanese
