About the role: Our client is specializes in business travel, specifically corporate airline tickets, and serves corporate clients and travel agencies within Hong Kong. They are now looking for a sales executive who is familiar with business travel and aggressive in sales activities.
Job Position: Route Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure satisfaction , address any issues and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients with information on travel products, services, and promotions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage actively with clients.
- Bright and positive mindset.
- Native (mother tongue) in English ; Intermediate Cantonese, Conversation level in Japanese
