職位: 廚房設備維修及銷售專員
職責:
- 負責廚房設備的基本維修和安裝服務
- 負責與外包維修公司協調廚房設備的修理、安裝等業務,並根據需要與外包技術人員和現場客戶(廚房)溝通。
- 負責製作各種維修文件(包括向外包公司發出的委託書、向客戶提交的報告書、發票等)。
- 負責在訪問客戶時進行廚房設備的銷售業務。
要求:
- 有廚房設備、電力、煤氣的相關知識者優先,無相關知識者我們將提供培訓。
- 良好的溝通和協調能力,能夠處理緊急和複雜的情況。
- 具備基本的電腦操作技能,能夠使用常用的辦公軟件。

Job Title: Kitchen Equipment Maintenance and Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct basic repair and installation services for kitchen equipment.
2. Coordinate with outsourced engineering companies for the repair and installation services of kitchen equipment, and communicate with outsourced technicians and customers on-site (kitchen) if necessary.
3. Responsible for creating various maintenance documents (including acknowledgement issued to outsourcing companies, reports submitted to customers, invoices, etc.).
4. Responsible for kitchen equipment sales when visiting customers.
Requirements:
1. Priority is given to those with knowledge of kitchen equipment, electricity, and gas. Training will be provided for those without relevant knowledge.
2. Good communication and coordination skills, able to handle emergencies and complex situations.
3. Basic computer operation skills, able to use common office software.
